The hotel consists of 31 rooms (single & double rooms as well as suites). Additionally, there's a restaurant, a café in the former orchard, a ballroom as well as further function rooms and offices. In the beautiful arched cellar you can find a wine restaurant. The historical library can be used as a wedding chamber. Thus, the hotel and the park provide a perfect environment for weddings and other jollifications. Extensions (e.g. vacation rentals) are possible in the castle tower, the water mill and parts of the basement. The brokerage fee is 7,14% of the purchase price (incl. value-added tax) and has to be paid to the BBI Immobilien GmbH by the buyer immediately after contracting.
